Donna m. accardo, AIA
PRINCIPAL PARTNER
Mrs. Accardo received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1990, she became a registered Architect in 1996.
As Principal partner of Garrity + Accardo Architects, Mrs. Accardo is responsible for all architectural design projects. Included in those responsibilities are client correspondence, contract negotiations, programming and site development, master planning, design and direct supervision of all contract documents, cost estimating, project scheduling, specification writing, bidding, and construction administration.
Mrs. Accardo has extensive experience with renovations, additions, and adaptive re-use of existing structures. This work includes bringing existing buildings into current code compliance, updating ADA compliance, and reworking existing structures and layouts to accommodate her client’s program, budget limits, and long term planning needs.
Brady P. Garrity, AIA
PRINCIPAL PARTNER
Mr. Garrity received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1990, he became a registered Architect in 1996.
As Principal partner of Garrity + Accardo Architects, Mr. Garrity is responsible for all architectural design projects. Included in those responsibilities are client correspondence, contract negotiations, programming and site development, master planning, design and direct supervision of all contract documents, cost estimating, project scheduling, specification writing, bidding, and construction administration. Mr. Garrity corresponds with all subcontractors about all aspects of each project to coordinate all trades.
Through a strategic alliance with Garrity Construction Corporation, Mr. Garrity has accumulated extensive experience in construction administration utilizing the design-build model for project delivery. These duties include documentation and analysis of existing conditions, cost estimates and bidding, sequencing of construction activities, direct coordination with sub-contractors and consultants, coordinating field inspections with local jurisdictions, and insuring completed project delivery.

MARGITTA G. ROGERS, ARCHITECT
As our most recent addition, Margitta Rogers has extensive experience working on large scale federally funded projects and LEED accredited projects. Prior to joining Garrity + Accardo architects she worked as a designer on a LEED silver 400,000sf FDA research lab facility and high security visitors center for the National Geospatial Agency. Her strong interest in sustainable design has awarded her a LEED fellowship from Tulane University where she spearheaded a research project to make retrofit older buildings in to more energy efficient structures. At Garrity + Accardo architects she has contributed to many projects including, commercial retail facilities and a multistoried apartment building.
Gina P. Johnson, Project Designer
As a Project Designer of Garrity + Accardo Architects, Mrs. Johnson is involved in architectural design projects. Included in those responsibilities are client correspondence, programming and site development, master planning, space planning, design and contract documents. Mrs. Johnson has been a key designer at Garrity + Accardo Architects for 6 years.
